2 motorcycle drivers killed in collision
Murcia PNP photoTwo drivers were killed after their motorcycles collided head on at Barangay Pandanon, Murcia, Negros Occidental, Sunday night, October 23.Killed were Romie Mallorca, 27, of Brgy. Bunga, Salvador Benedicto, and Agustin Ardeña, 21, of Brgy. Amayco, Murcia.Jobey Jamili, who rode at Mallorca’s motorcycle, sustained serious injuries.Staff Sargeant Ryan Bandiola, traffic investigator of the Murcia police, said that both motorcycles were travelling in opposite directions when Ardeña crossed the median and bumped into the oncoming traffic.The collision caused the instantaneous death of the two drivers while the back rider, who was seriously injured, was brought to the Murcia Health Unit for treatment, a police report said.Both motorcycles have also incurred...
