Health-based non-government organization Bagani Community Center commemorated World AIDS Day through a province-wide HIV caravan and week-long HIV screening at the mall in Bacolod City, Saturday, Dec. 4. This event is in line with the World AIDS Day commemoration on Dec. 1, with the theme "Ending HIV Epidemic: Equitable Access, Everyone's Voice". Mayor Pedro Zayco Jr. and Vice Mayor Raul Rivera led the re-opening of the tourism facility on Friday, December 3. The city-operated resort located in Brgy. Oringao has been renovated by the local government as part of its tourism attractions. It now offers a multi-purpose hall that can seat 70 persons and new cottages.
