
Diaz: Capitol denies Orola S-PaSS for ‘fake’ address
The Negros Occidental provincial government denied the approval of the S-PaSS application of former Bacolod Rep. John Orola because it contained a “fake” address, Provincial Administrator Rayfrando Diaz said Thursday, November 25.In his S-PaSS application Orola placed his destination as Silay City, Negros Occidental, and his destination barangay as Silay Airport instead of his real address, Diaz said.The S-PaSS or Safe, Swift and Smart Passage is an online travel management system used for domestic travel.“We did not approve Orola’s application because he placed a fake address,” Diaz said.Orola said his secretary had filled out the form for his S-PaSS application and placed Silay as the address because that is where the airport it.However, he no longer needs an S-PaSS f...
