Eugenio Jose Lacson launched the Negros Occidental Monitoring Information System Portal where fully vaccinated Negrenses can download their COVID-19 Vaccination QR (Quick Response) identification card, Tuesday afternoon, October 19, Provincial Administrator Rayfrando Diaz said.Those whose names have already been uploaded into the system can download their cards at https://mis-negros.com/vaccine/id, he said.Negros Occidental mayors are urged to ensure that the lists of their fully vaccinated residents are uploaded so they can avail of their cards with QR codes, Diaz said.He said this will be an easier way to distribute the vaccination cards since more than 300,000 Negrenses have already been vaccinated.To access the vaccination card at the site one must type in one's na...
