A 58-year-old woman died while two motorcycle riders were injured after a motorcycle sideswiped her along the national highway in Cadiz City, Negros Occidental, on Wednesday night, Aug. 13.The Cadiz police identified the pedestrian only as “Inday,” a resident of Brgy.
