Suspect arrested after fatal shooting in Talisay City

Police arrested a 50-year-old man following a fatal shooting inside a residence in Brgy. Concepcion, Talisay City, Negros Occidental, early Friday morning, Oct. 9.The Police Regional Office-Negros Island Region identified the suspect only as alias “Bongbong,” a widower and resident of Zone 3, Brgy.
