Police Station 8 photoA 13-year-old boy was stabbed to death by a fellow teenager outside a computer shop in Barangay Tangub, Bacolod City, Wednesday night, November 24.Based on the initial investigation, the 18-year-old suspect identified by the police as Edmon Obregon waited for the victim to come out of the computer shop and stabbed him.The minor-victim tried to get away, but he was overpowered by the suspect, who stabbed him multiple times with an ice pick.The victim was rushed to the South Bacolod General Hospital where he expired.Maj. Joery Puerto, Police Station 8 commander, said the incident stemmed from a misunderstanding between the two teenagers.The 18-year-old suspect later surrendered to the police.*
