‘Sex worker’ shot dead in Bacolod

An alleged sex worker was shot to death at the Reclamation Area in Purok Lamperong, Brgy. 2, in Bacolod City Wednesday afternoon, November 3.The victim was only walking when she was shot by motorcycle-riding suspects, a police report said.The responding team pronounced the victim, who was shot in the face, dead on the scene.Lt. Jonito Pastrana, deputy chief of Police Station 2, said there were theft complaints against the victim from her clients, adding that they are looking at this as the motive for the killing.*
