Thousands of supporters of presidential candidate Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. and vice presidential bet Sara Duterte, including an Imelda Marcos look-alike, joined a red and green caravan in Bacolod City on Sunday, November 28.

The vehicles that joined the caravan, the majority of which were motorcycles, were decorated with tarpaulins, Philippine flags, and red and green ribbons.

Participants chanted “BBM, BBM,” waved flaglets, honked and swayed to the beat of drumbeaters on the back of pickups.

Others came dressed in costumes, with a lot of participants posing for photos with the Imelda Marcos look-alike at the Bacolod City Government Center where the caravan ended.

John Benneth said the caravan was their way of showing their support for Marcos and Duterte.

“The BBM/Inday Sara Negros Occidental Caravan” was organized by the BBM 2022 Volunteers with other Marcos and Sara Duterte groups.*
