A pedicab driver was shot to death in Hacienda Euzkara, Brgy. Palampas, San Carlos City, Monday morning, November 6.
The 39-year-old man was shot by alias “Jeproks” while he was sleeping in an open field with his live-in partner, a police report said.
The victim’s live-in partner said they were sleeping on the grass when suddenly Jeproks came out of the bushes, pointed his gun at the victim’s head, and shot him.
The victim was brought to the San Carlos City Hospital but was declared dead on arrival.
The suspect, identified by the police as a drug personality, fled after the incident.*
