The Bacolod police arrested a member of the notorious Caunda Drug Group tagged as the fourth most wanted person in Bacolod City at the Mansilingan-Murcia Road on Thursday, February 1.
Arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest was Eugene Sarmiento, 31, alias “Toto/Batok” and “Toto Fuentebella”, the police reported.
He was arrested for the crime of attempted murder, the police said.
The warrant was issued by Bacolod Judge Juvy Victoriano-Dioso on January 2.
Bail recommended was P120,000.
The suspect is now detained at the Bacolod Police Station 7.*
