Three individuals, including a minor, were arrested and P54,400 worth of suspected shabu was seized in Purok Alunan, Brgy. Granada, Bacolod City, 7:10 p.m. Thursday, February 1, the police reported.
Arrested were Peepoh Ballesteros, 38, Rene John Barraca, 42, and a 17-year-old female, the police said.
Recovered from them were 12 heat-sealed sachets of shabu, an improvised tooter with visible traces of suspected shabu, and other non-drug evidence in violation of section 5, 11, and 12 of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act, the police added.
The suspects are now detained at the Bacolod Police Station 5.*
