A woman was found dead at sea near the coast of Purok Camia, Brgy. Poblacion, Valladolid, Negros Occidental, on Friday, February 23.
The 55-year-old woman of Purok Camia was last seen walking to the shore to throw out garbage, the police said.
The victim was brought to a hospital but was declared dead on arrival.
The victim’s sister said she was suffering from mental illness.*
