The police arrested two persons and seized suspected shabu worth P714,000 in a buy-bust operation in Brgy. III Poblacion, La Carlota City, Negros Occidental, on Tuesday, June 4.
Arrested were a male and female, whose names were withheld by the police, from Fortune Towne in Bacolod City.
The La Carlota Police Drug Enforcement Group recovered 105 grams of shabu and the buy-bust money.
The suspects were turned over to the La Carlota Police Station for custody, while the drug evidence was turned over to the Negros Occidental Provincial Forensic Unit for laboratory examination.*
