A fisherman drowned while fishing at the coast of Sitio Hospital Site, Brgy. Bacuyangan, Hinoba-an, Negros Occidental, Tuesday morning, March 11.The victim was identified only as alias “Kevin”, 25, of Purok Gumamela, Brgy.
