39-year-old man found dead in Bais river after heavy rains

A 39-year-old man was found dead in a river in Bais City, Negros Oriental, on Sunday, July 12, after he was believed to have been swept away by strong floodwaters.The body was discovered at around 12:30 p.m. in Sitio Kanbantog, Brgy.
