
30 short films finalists in Negros Island festival
Thirty short film finalists will be screened during the 2023 Sine Negrense: Negros Island Film Festival at the Cinematheque Centre Negros located at the Negros Museum in Bacolod City on November 21 to 24.There are 15 films in the open category, while 15 student filmmakers are also slated to showcase their films in the intercollegiate category.The films are from Bacolod and Dumaguete , and the rest of Negros Occidental and Oriental, where some are top winners of their respective local film festivals.
