2 CIDG impostors refusing to pay restobar bill to face multiple raps

Multiple charges will be filed against two persons who pretended to be members of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) to avoid paying their bill at a restobar at the Golden Field Commercial Complex in Brgy. Singcang-Airport, Bacolod City, on Monday, Jan. 27.

Alias “Lemuel”, 32, of Brgy. Bagtic, Silay City, and “Dekralphs”, 34, of Brgy. Mansilingan, Bacolod, were arrested after they pretended to be members of CIDG and allegedly pointed a gun at one of the employees of the restobar.

Police investigation revealed that while the suspects were drinking at the restobar with two women, they were asked by the waiter to pay their P3,500 bill.

The suspects refused to pay and introduced themselves as members of CIDG.
