A teacher died after he was allegedly choked to death by an unidentified suspect inside his house in Brgy. Tamao, Tayasan, Negros Oriental, Sunday afternoon, Feb. 9.
Raynaizan Fausto, 45, died after he was choked by the suspect who allegedly stole his jewelry, phone, and other belongings, the police reported.
The victim was last seen alive Saturday night. A neighbor said the victim usually has friends at his house, who visit and drink with him.
The police discovered that some of the victim’s belongings were gone and they did not see any wounds on his body.
The police have already identified a person of interest and robbery with homicide charges will be filed against the suspect.*
