A 59-year-old construction worker was shot dead by his son-in-law in Purok 2, Brgy. Sto. Niño, Tanjay City, Negros Oriental on Sunday afternoon, Nov. 30.
The victim was with the suspect, 43, and the suspect’s wife when they went to a nearby church.
When the victim stepped outside to urinate, the suspect allegedly shot him from behind, hitting his right shoulder, and fired again hitting him above the left eye.
