PCG units prepare for evacuations, rescue operations, relief missions

Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) Commandant, Admiral Leopoldo V. The Negros Occidental Provincial Capitol Park and Lagoon in Bacolod City was reopened to persons of all ages for any purpose, including leisure, starting Monday, December 13.Gov.
