
Mayor urges: Continue to comply with health protocols under AL2
Mayor Evelio Leonardia reiterated anew his appeal to Bacolodnons on Wednesday, December 1, to strictly comply with the minimum health protocols because COVID-19 is not yet over with Bacolod still under Alert Level 2.Leonardia issued Executive Order No. 59 mandating that provisions of EO 53, released in mid-November when the National Inter-Agency Task Force downgraded the city's status from Alert Level 4 to Alert Level 2, will still be in effect.Leonardia said that EO 53 “shall continue to be in full force and effect” for the duration of the extension" of the Alert Level 2 status.These provisions include, among others, the observance of curfew hours from 11 p.m. to 4 a.m., the EO said.Also covered is the modified policy on sale of liquor and other intoxicating beverages, who...
