A truck loaded with sugarcane overturned at the highway in Himamaylan City, Negros Occidental, Wednesday night, December 7.
The driver did not notice that the cable that was preventing the sugarcane from spilling off the truck broke, the police said.
When it reached the curved part of the road, the truck overturned.
The truck driver was unscathed.*
