Present during the activity were Vice Mayor Narwin Javelosa, councilors Arthur Christopher Marañon and Perfecto Marañon, other city officials farmers from selected barangays, and representative from Northern Negros State College of Science and Technology-College of Agricture and DepEd-Division of Sagay.*
