Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency-Negros Occidental agents arrested an alleged drug personality and seized suspected shabu worth P136,000 in Brgy. 5, San Carlos City, on Saturday, June 22.
PDEA-Neg. Occ. reported Monday that together with operatives from the Negros Occidental Police Provincial Office and San Carlos City Police Station they arrested alias “Boboy”, 50, at San Juan Tunga in Brgy 5.
They recovered 20 grams of suspected shabu with estimated street drug price of P136,000 along with other non-drug items.
The suspect was identified through the agency’s information hotline and will face charges for violation of sections 5 and 11 of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.*
