Negros Occidental vaccinates 25.53% of target vs. Covid, Diaz says

Negros Occidental has vaccinated 25.53 of its target population against COVID-19, Provincial Administrator Rayfrando Diaz said Sunday, November 7.

A November 7 report showed that 465,926 Negrenses out of the 1,825,370 target have been vaccinated with at least one dose.

Those fully vaccinated were 355,377 or 19.47 percent of the target, the report added.

Silay City had the most number vaccinated residents at 37, 636, followed by Cadiz City with 35, 628, Sagay City – 35,293, Bago City – 28, 553 and Talisay City – 28,025

The area that hit the highest percentage of its target population is La Carlota City at 50.34 percent, followed by Silay City with 40.57 percent, and Pulupandan – 39.45 percent.*
