The Bacolod City government will give out five iPhones and P300,000 in cash prizes to lucky moviegoers during the Bacolod Film Festival next week.
In a Facebook post, Mayor Alfredo Abelardo Benitez said that by watching the short films, a lucky moviegoer can win a phone and a cash prize worth P100,000.
The city will raffle five iPhone 15 and three P100,000 cash prizes.
Participants should buy a movie ticket which is equivalent to one raffle entry at SM City Bacolod, Ayala Malls Capitol Central or the Bacolod City Government Center.
The raffle will take place during the awards night of the film festival on Sept. 15.
The Bacolod Film Festival is the city government’s project under the “Lunsod Lunsad” program of the Department of Trade and Industry.
The Bacolod Film Festival’s 10 short films received P300,000 each in funding.
The festival will run from Sept. 12 to 15 at the SM City Bacolod and Ayala Malls Capitol Central cinemas.*
