A large increase in fuel prices is expected on Tuesday, September 19.
Diesel prices are expected to increase by P2.20 to P2.40 per liter, and gasoline by P1.60 to P1.80 per liter, Unioil Petroleum Philippine said on Saturday.
Fuel firms hiked gasoline prices by P0.20 per liter, diesel by P0.40 and kerosene by P0.20 on Tuesday, September 12.
That resulted in a year-to-date net increase of P15.50 per liter for
gasoline, P11.10 per liter diesel, and P7.94 per liter for kerosene.*
