The police arrested a “ high-value drug target” and seized suspected shabu worth P346,800 in a buy bust operation at Brgy. Sum-ag, Bacolod City, on Saturday, March 9.
Nelbert Rivera Sr., 32, alias “Pokol” was arrested at San Juan Street in Purok San Sebastian, the police reported.
Seized were nine heat-sealed sachets of suspected shabu weighing 51 grams, the police said.
The operation was conducted by the Bacolod City Drug Enforcement Unit and the suspect will face charges for violation of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act.*
