
Cockfighting ordinance amended to boost charitable contributions
The Sangguniang Panlungsod of Bacolod City has unanimously approved an amended ordinance aimed at strengthening regulations on special cockfighting, also known as "pabulang," for charitable purposes.Authored by Councilor Caesar Z.
