Bacolod City Police Office operatives arrested the second most wanted person in Western Visayas for alleged rape in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila, on Tuesday, March 11.
“Paulo”, 20, of Brgy. Granada, Bacolod City, was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest.
The operation was conducted by BCPO’s City Intelligence Unit and Police Station 5 cops.
The suspect is now detained at the Bacolod Police Station 5 for proper disposition and further legal proceedings.
