The Sangguniang Panlungsod of Bacolod City led by Vice Mayor El Cid Montilla Familiaran was second runner up in the Highly Urbanized City category of the 2023 Local Legislative Awards held at the World Trade Center in Metro Manila, Tuesday, December 5.
Accepting the award from DILG Undersecretary Odilon Pasaraba were Vice Mayor El Cid Familiaran, accompanied by councilors Thaddy Sayson, Celia Flor and Simple Distrito, Councilor Em Ang said.
The SP received a P50,000 check and awards of recognition as a national finalist and winner in the Highly Urbanized City category in local legislation.*
