The Bacolod City government regular and casual employees are receiving P55,000 each in bonuses this Christmas, City Administrator Lucille Gelvolea said on Friday, Dec. 20.
The P55,000 includes the P30,000 Collective Negotiation Agreement (CNA) bonus, P5,000 Productivity Enhancement Incentive (PEI) and P20,000 Service Recognition Incentive (SRI), she said.
The Bacolod City council approved the release of P30 million for the SRI on Wednesday.
The gratuity pay of job order and contract of service workers is set at P7,000 each.*
