Four job order workers yielded positive results in a series of drug tests conducted by the San Carlos City government from Nov. 6 to 8.
They were among 321 San Carlos City employees who underwent drug tests.
Confirmatory tests for the four individuals were also conducted.
These series of random drug testing is part of the Civil Service Commission mandate to ensure a drug-free workplace.*
