A 47-year-old tricycle driver died after hitting another tricycle Sunday, November 27, at the highway in Brgy. Sagua Banwa, Valladolid town, Negros Occidental.
Killed was Sunday Villar.
Police said Villar’s tricycle went to the opposite lane when he passed a curved part of the road, hitting the oncoming tricycle.
The other driver and his three passengers, including one and five year old children, were rushed to Valladolid District Hospital.
Meanwhile, a 54-year-old man who was allegedly suffering from a disability died after being hit by a jeep on the highway in Barangay Bagumbayan in Valladolid on Saturday, November 26.
The victim was hit by a jeepney when he suddenly crossed the street, the police said.*
