A watchman was found dead inside a Senior Citizens’ Office in Brgy. 3, San Carlos City, Negros Occidental, 7:30 a.m. Monday, May 20.
The fatality was a 69-year-old watchman from Brgy. 2, San Carlos City, whose name was withheld by the police.
A concerned citizen saw the victim lying on the floor.
The victim’s body was in a state of decomposition and was posthumously examined, the police said.*
