Two Negrenses are topnotchers in the 2021 Civil Engineer Licensure Examination, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced Thursday, November 25.Charlene Grace Varrera Gelotin of the University of Negros Occidental was in second place with a score of 92.75 percent, and Sirgie Lowell Alegro Rufo of the Carlos Hilado Memorial State College in Talisay City was in sixth place with a score of 91.50 percent.The PRC said 2,374 out of 6,474 passed the examination.The PRC conducted the first Civil Engineering licensure examination on November 14 and 15, in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legaspi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga.*
