Two missing fishermen rescued in Cauayan waters
Two fishermen who went missing Tuesday afternoon were rescued in the waters of Linaon, Cauayan in Negros Occidental 3 p.m. Thursday, December 16, after drifting at sea for two days and two nights.Linaon Barangay Captain Rosalie Delgado said the two fishermen were hungry and tired but appeared to be in good health.The Philippine Coast Guard (OCG) reported that Joevel M. Tipon, 29, and Noel D.
