Rizal, San Carlos City, Negros Occidental, Sunday, October 24.Rudilyn Segurado, 12, died on the spot, while John Jucher Segurado, 26, expired at the hospital.The accident also injured 18-year-old Judy-ann Montesino and Jonarie Sumiga, 39.Based on the police report, the blue Mitsubishi Canter mini-bus driven by 34-year-old Juditho Locsin encountered an engine failure during descent at the road and fell in the ditch.The victims were then brought to the San Carlos City Hospital.The suspect was released from police custody Monday, October 25, after the families of the victims decided to settle the case.*
