A total of 111 illegal “open pipe” motorcycle mufflers were destroyed at the Silay Plaza Covered Court on Friday, October 22.The series of confiscations are in line with the continued implementation of Silay City Ordinance No. 2, Series of 2012 to prevent noise pollution, Mayor Mark Golez said.Golez and PLt. Col. Robert L.
