A 9-year-old girl was left for dead after she was allegedly raped by the friend of her father in Bacolod City on Friday, November 26.The following day, the minor-victim was found at a vacant lot in City Heights Subdivision, Bacolod City after the suspect, identified as Sherwin Trava, surrendered to the Bago City police and confessed to the crime.He also revealed to authorities where he left the body of the victim.Maj.
