Residents in some portions of Bacolod City will experience a six-hour outage on Wednesday, October 27, for maintenance work.The Central Negros Electric Cooperative Inc. (CENECO), on its Facebook page, said this is to ensure the stability of distribution lines to avoid further serious damages that will result in major interruptions.Affected by the brownout from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. are portions of Burgos Feeder 3, Prk. Proper Alangilan, Prk. 14 and the Home for the Aged in Brgy.
