A man was found floating in a river after he was shot in Sitio Suba Suay, Brgy. Mahalan, Himamaylan City, Negros Occidental, on Saturday, January 20.
The police identified the victim as “Sammy”, 27, a laborer from Sitio Basak, , Brgy. Mahalan.
He was found by his brother in the river with gunshot wounds on his head, neck, and body, the police reported.*
