The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency-Western Visayas seized suspected shabu worth P346,800 in a buy-bust operation in Purok Kamunsil, Brgy. Lopez Jaena, Murcia, Negros Occidental, 3:55 p.m. Sunday, October 8.
Nabbed was Moises Rojo, alias “Moising”, 28, Brgy. 12, Bacolod, who was a previous drug personality under their watchlist, the PDEA said.
Seized from the suspect were 16 plastic sachets of suspected shabu weighing 51 grams and the buy-bust money, the PDEA added.
The suspect will face charges for violating Republic Act 9165, also known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, PDEA said.*
