The Negros Occidental Police Provincial Office arrested 27 individuals and seized more than P542,028 worth of suspected shabu in the second week of October.
Confiscated in the 24 anti-illegal drug operations were 79.71 grams of shabu from Oct. 8 to 14, the NOCPPO reported.
The police also confiscated four firearms and arrested two suspects.
About 65 individuals were also arrested by the police in 21 anti-illegal gambling operations in Negros Occidental and confiscated was P10,170 worth of bet money.
The NOCPPO also arrested 14 most wanted persons and 54 other wanted persons during 57 operations.*
