The figure increased with 7,313 new applications in Negros Occidental, Negros Oriental and Siquijor from March 23 to 28, the Comelec said.

Negros Oriental followed with a running total of 51,395 applications, including 1,496 new entries from the past week, while Siquijor added 193 new applications to reach a total of 2,983.

As of March 28, the program has facilitated 1,018 NIR applications.
Dumaguete City leads the RAP totals with 821 applications, while Bacolod City has processed 197.
Activity under this program during the final week of March saw 28 new registrants from Bacolod and Dumaguete, the Comelec said.
Regional totals across all registration platforms show a slightly higher engagement among women, who represent 52.7 percent of the total applications (90,984) compared to men at 47.3 percent (81,696).
