New LTO-NIR chief conducts visits to boost service delivery

The new Land Transportation Office–Negros Island Region (LTO-NIR) Officer-in-Charge Regional Director Jeck Conlu has embarked on a series of visits across Negros Occidental, Negros Oriental, Siquijor, and Bacolod City to strengthen operations and improve public service.

Conlu’s hands-on approach aims to enhance operational efficiency, promote personnel welfare, and ensure stronger coordination in implementing land transportation laws across the newly reestablished region, LTO-NIR said  in a statement on Sunday, Nov. 9.

In his recent visit to the LTO Siquijor District Office, Conlu met with officers and staff to personally assess local challenges and identify areas for improvement.

He was joined by LTO-NIR Interim Administrative Officer Riza Otayde-Florendo in a courtesy visit to Siquijor Governor Jake Vincent Villa and Rep. Zaldy Samson Villa, where they discussed inter-agency cooperation and shared plans for better service delivery.

Conlu said his ongoing visits are part of LTO-NIR’s mission to bring efficient, accessible, and people-centered service to every province in the region.*
