A man died when his motorcycle hit a parked truck on the side of the road in front of the Sagay City Government Center in Brgy. Rizal, Sagay City, Negros Occidental, early Wednesday morning, Feb. 12.
Bystanders in the area said the victim was seen going back and forth and was believed to be drunk, Lt. Col. Alvimar Flores, Sagay police chief, said.
The victim then suddenly hit the truck and sustained serious injuries on the head.
The victim was brought to a hospital where he was declared dead.*
