A man died after he accidentally bumped a vehicle that made a sudden U-turn along the Circumferential Road in Brgy. Alijis, Bacolod City, on Friday, January 26.
Regie Juntarciego, 27, died after his motorcycle bumped a Nissan Patrol in Bangga Tinago at about 8 a.m. Friday.
The driver of the Nissan Patrol was Jefferson Lumampao, 36.
The victim was driving his motorcycle from Brgy. Alijis going to his place of work in Brgy. Handumanan.
While he was passing through the Circumferential Road, the Nissan Patrol suddenly made a U-turn to go to an emission center which resulted to the accident.
The motorcycle and the victim were thrown due to the impact of the collision.
The victim was brought to the hospital but was declared dead on arrival due to a head injury.
Lumampao is now detained at Police Station 7.*
