More face-to-face classes in Bacolod by June eyed

The Department of Education is hoping that limited face-to-face classes can resume in all elementary and high schools in Bacolod City by June.

The Bacolod Schools Division will begin the early enrollment of students in April, Superintendent Reynaldo Gico said Tuesday, April 5.

Only Alangilan National High School and the Apolinario Mabini Elementary School have resumed limited face-to-face classes in Bacolod City that is under Alert Level 1, he said.

There are 18 schools being evaluated by the Department of Education regional office after their application for limited face-to-face classes were approved by the Bacolod Emergency Operations Center.*
