Two minors were shot at by two unidentified suspects in Brgy. Looc, Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental, Tuesday, Oct. 15.
The minors were 16-year-old and 18-year-old males of Brgy. Bonawon, Siaton town, Negros Oriental.
The two teenagers were standing along the road when two men arrived on board of a motorcycle, the police reported.
They had a brief conversation and the driver of the motorcycle pulled out a .45 pistol.
He allegedly shot the 16-year-old in the abdomen while the 18-year-old who was shot twice was able to escape unharmed.
The suspects fled in an unknown direction.
The police were able to get the CCTV footage of the incident.*
